Descriere curs + obiective:

Obiectivele principale ale programul de training si asistenta certificare TARGET PMI-ACP® CERTIFICATION:

  • Sa dezvolte expertiza participantilor in domeniul Agile si sa creasca versatilitatea lor in Managementul de Proiect.
  • Sa acopere mai multe abordari Agile, ca: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Product Development sau Extreme Programming.
  • Sa asigure insusirea cunostintelor necesare, pentru a aborda cu succes examenul de certificare “PMI Agile Certified Practitioner” (PMI-ACP)®.
  • Sa asigure acumularea unui numar de 21 de ore de instruire necesare pentru indeplinirea conditiilor de eligibilitate pentru examenul de PMI-ACP impuse de PMI®.
  • Sa faciliteze realizarea de conexiuni intre conceptele prezentate si specificul proiectelor in care cursantii sunt sau vor fi implicati.
