Acest training, ofera participantilor intr-un mod rapid si practic, cunostintele si tehnicile necesare pentru a putea intelege procesele operationale (fluxuri) dintr-o organizatie, departament, de a obtine diagramele de proces si a elabora procedurile corespunzatoare.

  • Realizarea diagramelor de proces (As Is) atat manual cat si cu aplicatii software
  • Analiza si identificarea proceselor operationale (fluxurilor) optime si crearea diagramelor optimizate (To be) de proces/fluxuri de lucru (workflow)
  • Identificarea schimbarilor necesare in procesele operationale existente pentru a obtine imbunatatirea proceselor de business, sau realizarea de aplicatii si sisteme IT
  • Documentarea proceselor prin crearea procedurilor de lucru si a  diagramelor de proces
