InfoCons, under his leadership, has grown into one of Romania’s most respected NGOs dedicated to consumer education and protection. Through awareness campaigns, educational programs, and strategic partnerships, InfoCons empowers citizens to become informed, responsible, and active participants in society and the marketplace.
InfoCons is a Romanian consumer protection organization focused on information, education, transparency and public interest initiatives. Its activity supports citizens, institutions and companies by promoting informed decisions, responsible behavior and access to relevant consumer information. While its mission is broader than industry alone, InfoCons is relevant to FACTORY 4.0 because digital transformation also changes the relationship between producers, technology providers and end users. As companies adopt connected products, digital services, data-driven platforms and automated processes, trust, transparency and accountability become essential. InfoCons contributes a public interest perspective to conversations about technology adoption, standards, responsible communication and consumer confidence. For industrial and business leaders, this perspective is important because competitiveness is increasingly linked not only to efficiency, but also to credibility, compliance, ethics and the ability to build trust in digital markets.
Discover how consumer trust can help organizations modernize operations, strengthen resilience and build long-term industrial competitiveness.
