His work focuses on energy markets, energy security, decarbonization and the policies needed to support the transition toward more resilient and competitive energy systems.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning energy, public policy and international affairs, Radu has contributed extensively to research and public debate on the transformation of the energy sector in Romania and across Europe. Through EPG, he supports evidence-based policy development and strategic analysis on topics including renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial decarbonization and long-term energy competitiveness.
