He is the founder of FACTORY 4.0, an initiative launched in 2019 to support the digital transformation of Romania’s manufacturing sector. Through FACTORY 4.0, Marius has helped companies modernize processes, adopt smart technologies and improve efficiency, quality and competitiveness in an increasingly automated and data-driven industrial environment.
Marius also serves as President of the FACTORY X.0 Global Forum, an international organization based in Brussels and focused on digital transformation, Industry 4.0, cybersecurity and secure, interoperable data ecosystems for manufacturing. In this role, he contributes to international cooperation around technical infrastructure, standards, interoperability and resilient smart manufacturing.
