Liliya Foteva is an innovation consultant with experience in European projects, grant development, stakeholder engagement and international collaboration. Her work focuses on helping organizations transform innovative ideas into structured initiatives with measurable social, educational and technological impact.

She currently works with Sploro, where she supports European innovation projects and funding initiatives. Her activity includes project strategy, proposal development, partnership coordination and the communication of funding opportunities for startups, SMEs and organizations seeking to participate in European programs.

Liliya has also contributed to initiatives addressing diversity, inclusion, responsible artificial intelligence, talent development and organizational resilience. Her experience combines European funding expertise with a strong interest in building fairer, more inclusive and human-centered innovation ecosystems.
