Georgiana Mincu has extensive experience in designing and managing education and social-impact programmes. Before joining Orange Foundation Romania, she worked in educational partnerships at AVE România, programme management at WorldSkills Romania and education-focused initiatives at the Romanian-American Foundation, building a professional background centred on skills development, learning and collaboration between organisations.

At Orange Digital Center, she contributes to an initiative focused on making digital education accessible and relevant to real-world needs. The programme supports people in developing practical digital capabilities, improving employability and adapting to technological change, while also creating opportunities for groups at risk of digital exclusion.

At FACTORY 4.0 Conference 2026, Georgiana Mincu will join the Workforce 2026: Upskilling for the AI-Powered Factory discussion, bringing the perspective of digital education and skills development. Her contribution will focus on how organisations and education initiatives can prepare people for a labour market increasingly shaped by AI, automation and new digital technologies. The current FACTORY 4.0 programme lists Workforce 2026 around the theme of upskilling for the AI-powered factory.
