Throughout her career, she has worked in software quality assurance, systems engineering, Agile coaching, product management and professional training, supporting complex teams and organizations in improving collaboration, delivery and adaptability.
Today, Ecaterina works at the intersection of technology, education and human development. She designs and leads educational programs that combine systems thinking, emerging technologies and personal development, helping individuals and organizations navigate complexity with greater clarity and coherence.
Her professional interests include organizational learning, psychological safety, responsible AI governance and the relationship between technology and human decision-making. She is also an author and contributor within ISTQB, supporting the development of international software testing certifications, and holds qualifications in Agile, governance and ethical AI, psychology and personal development.
At FACTORY 4.0, Ecaterina will join Panel 7, “Workforce 2026: Upskilling for the AI-Powered Factory,” where she will share insights into continuous learning, human adaptability and the development of workforce capabilities for organizations undergoing AI-driven transformation.
