Andra Tănase

Andra Tănase works at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation and sustainable ecosystem development. As Strategic Development & Strategic Partnership Manager at Transilvania IT Cluster, she brings extensive experience in designing and implementing strategic and systemic programmes, facilitating collaboration and creating environments that support long-term organisational and societal development.

Throughout her career, Andra has worked in international and multi-stakeholder environments involving businesses, public authorities, academia, civil society, media and citizens. Her experience spans digital transformation, development cooperation, non-formal education and initiatives designed to generate meaningful systemic change.

A strong believer in collaborative learning and sustainable development, Andra approaches transformation not only from a technological perspective, but also through the relationships, capabilities and ecosystems required to turn innovation into lasting value.
