Madalin Staniu is Co-Founder and CEO of Black Bullet, bringing extensive experience across cybersecurity, software development and technology leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations across multiple industries and international markets, combining technical expertise with a strong strategic and business perspective.

His work focuses on strengthening organizational cyber resilience through security assessment, governance, secure technology adoption and regulatory alignment. He is also involved with CYSCOE, contributing to initiatives aimed at developing cybersecurity capabilities and strengthening collaboration across the technology ecosystem.
