Bogdan P\u00eervu<\/b><\/span><\/h1><\/div>
Bogdan P\u00eervu is an executive director with extensive experience in the construction materials and paints industry, accumulated over more than two decades. He is currently the CEO of EVOLOR, where he has revitalized the company through innovative strategies in differentiation, building, optimization, and innovation, leading to remarkable business growth.<\/div><\/header>
<\/div>

In parallel, Bogdan serves as a Board Member of AIVR (The Romanian Paints Industry Association)<\/strong>, an organization actively contributing to the development and support of the paints and coatings sector in Romania.<\/p>\n

Previously, he held top management positions at AdePlast SA, KOBER, and Te-Ma Rom\u00e2nia<\/strong>, where he successfully implemented growth and operational optimization strategies.<\/p>\n

Bogdan graduated from the University of Craiova<\/strong>, holds a master\u2019s degree in Business Administration, and earned a professional management certification from The Open University (Walton Hall, UK)<\/strong>. His passion for excellence, combined with his strong communication and negotiation skills, make him a highly relevant professional in his field of expertise.<\/p>\n

EVOLOR<\/strong> (formerly known as Sarcom) is a Romanian company with over 30 years of history in producing high-quality, honest, and innovative paints and coatings, constantly adapted to the homes and needs of Romanians. Since 2021, EVOLOR has been part of the ROCA Industry holding<\/strong>, and today it is one of the largest players in the local paints and coatings manufacturing industry.<\/p>\n

The company produces and markets a wide portfolio of products \u2014 including paints, primers, varnishes, thinners, washable paints, adhesives, and decorative plasters for use in construction and renovation. EVOLOR serves the market in a balanced way, offering both affordable options and premium products under its two key commercial brands \u2014 Sticky<\/strong> and Coral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

EVOLOR products are sold nationwide, being present both in large DIY retail chains and in an extensive network of over 1,300 traditional stores, through local distribution partners. Since 2023, EVOLOR products have also reached international markets, being exported to Moldova and Israel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>
