Mihaela Constantinescu is the Managing Director of STILL Material Handling Romania, where she combines her strong financial background with a people-oriented leadership style. With an impressive career path that includes roles such as Finance Manager at Saint Gobain Construction Products and Finance Manager at STILL, she has developed a deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects that drive organizational success.<\/div><\/header>

Born in Gala\u021bi and educated at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, where she earned a Master\u2019s degree in Corporate Financial Management, Mihaela has built her career on ambition, resilience, and the belief that true results come from investing in people. Her leadership philosophy focuses on building strong, motivated teams and cultivating a company culture that values respect, responsibility, and long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n

She often emphasizes that success is not measured only in financial results but in the culture leaders create together with their teams.
