\nAt the FACTORY 4.0 Conference, we want to provide you with a transparent and efficient experience regarding the delivery of tickets purchased for our conference. Estimated delivery time for tickets is usually within 2-3 hours after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n

Delivery method:<\/strong>
\nTickets purchased for the FACTORY 4.0 Conference are delivered electronically via the email address you provided during the purchase process. This way, you will receive your ticket in electronic format, which allows you to have it at hand and easily access it on your devices.<\/p>\n

The purchased ticket can be returned or exchanged only if the organizer of the event accepts and only in compliance with the conditions of point A below, unless the respective event is canceled (no longer takes place), in which case the return of the ticket and the refund of the amounts paid will be carried out according to letter B below. Refund requests received after the start date and time of the event will not be considered under any circumstances.<\/p>\n
