From 2013 to 2014, she served as a Public Relations Specialist at the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority, sharpening her skills in data analysis, active listening, and strategic communication. In 2018, transitioning to the private sector, Fraga joined IBM Romania as Manager Assistant, where she contributed to leadership in sales operations, business analysis, and strategic planning until early 2020.
Her trajectory in cybersecurity gained further momentum when she served as Advisor to the Secretary of State—Chief Information Officer within the Romanian government from 2020 to 2021. Since May 2021, she has taken on increasingly senior roles in cybersecurity and public relations, culminating in her current position, where she specializes in cybersecurity risk management, national strategy planning, and project management.
Since October 2023, Fraga Țăriuc has led Women4Cyber Romania as its founding President. She brings her leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication to nurture diversity and inclusion within cybersecurity. Her vision is to transform the national chapter into a powerful platform that promotes mentorship, visibility, and professional development for women in cybersecurity across Romania.
