In parallel, Bogdan serves as a Board Member of AIVR (The Romanian Paints Industry Association), an organization actively contributing to the development and support of the paints and coatings sector in Romania.

Previously, he held top management positions at AdePlast SA, KOBER, and Te-Ma România, where he successfully implemented growth and operational optimization strategies.

Bogdan graduated from the University of Craiova, holds a master’s degree in Business Administration, and earned a professional management certification from The Open University (Walton Hall, UK). His passion for excellence, combined with his strong communication and negotiation skills, make him a highly relevant professional in his field of expertise.
