Catalin Mihuta was responsible for matching Epicor Kinetic functionality to client requirements, designing Epicor Kinetic system, collecting data and conducting the test run, analyzing training needs of client’s staff and plan and performs or arranges training and continuous business optimization covering all Financials modules. Catalin likes co-operation with clients and is familiar with all stages of implementation, like: analysis of Client needs, defining the project, developing prototype, trainings, data imports, tests, go-live support.
