Andrei Alexandru is a Romanian state secretary within the Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digitalization (MCID). His career is deeply rooted in academia, having worked with the Romanian Academy, particularly at the Institute of Theoretical Informatics in Ia\u0219i.<\/div><\/header>
<\/div>

He holds significant responsibilities related to the coordination and support of scientific ethics, being involved in overseeing the National Council of Ethics of Scientific Research, Technological Development, and Innovation (CNECSDTI).<\/p>\n

He actively participates in high-level discussions and initiatives aimed at improving the research landscape in Romania, advocating for transparency, ethical standards, and the development of innovative projects.
