The Center for Advanced Strategies is a Non-Governmental Organization focused on implementing transdisciplinary programs aimed at reshaping the Romanian social environment into a future-ready society based on principles and values that can place Romania on a functional, democratic, and, most importantly, European\/Western trajectory.<\/div><\/header>
<\/div>

The Center’s actions are directed towards strengthening an environment conducive to the development of civic consciousness, always grounded in educated, structured, dynamic, and reality-based thinking.<\/p>\n

We need a strong state and a responsible civil society. Therefore, we build bridges and tear down walls to create a space for dialogue between practitioners, experts from various fields, and civil society. Where possible, we provide disruptive strategies useful to the political, economic, technological, diplomatic, and security environments to anticipate emerging threats or crises at the national and international levels. We offer decision-making support at both public and private levels to manage uncertainty. Using the most valuable resource \u2013 human resources \u2013 we build strategic and operational perspectives to reach intelligent decisions based on predictive information. With the support of the most educated minds, we unravel the complexity of our environment by identifying and becoming aware of the vulnerabilities we face.<\/p>\n

This is our pro-mission, to all those who wish to join us, whether they come from the public sector, private sector, or civil society.<\/p>\n

We analyze the challenges of today’s world to anticipate the events of tomorrow. The Center for Advanced Strategies was born out of the contemporary society’s concrete need to analyze, understand, and transform information into knowledge before taking action.<\/p>\n

DEVELOPING People and Strategies<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The concept underpinning the Center for Advanced Strategies is the fundamental reconfiguration of the Romanian mentality based on principles and values compatible with performance, competence, and professional dignity, capable of placing the state on a European, democratic, but above all, functional trajectory. The Center for Advanced Strategies trains people capable of making decisions and developing strategic, dynamic thinking, capturing the basic structures of social realities. Without delivering predetermined recipes, it focuses on the common and congruent effort of specialists and practitioners to optimally build the professional space of advanced strategies.<\/p>\n

STIMULATING the Future<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Center for Advanced Strategies stimulates the ability to sift and discern information emerging from the political, economic, technological, and social environments, providing the opportunity to anticipate arising phenomena. Only in this way can the optimal directions for the future be identified.<\/p>\n

C\u0103t\u0103lin BUCIUMEANU<\/h5>\n

C\u0103t\u0103lin BUCIUMEANU is the Founder of the Center for Advanced Strategies, Guest Lecturer at the National Defense College, Guest Lecturer at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute from 2009 to 2011, Associate Lecturer at the Professional Training Center in Culture, Ministry of Culture from 2009 to 2011, Advisor in the Department of Culture and Religious Affairs of the Presidential Administration from 2005 to 2011, holds a Master’s degree in the History and Circulation of Philosophical Ideas from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Bucharest, and Coordinator of the postgraduate program International Economic Intelligence www.int-e.ro<\/a>, conducted within the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.<\/p>\n<\/div>
