Rodion Ciuperc\u0103 is an associate professor and holds a PhD in technical sciences at the Technical University of Moldova (UTM).<\/div><\/header>
<\/div>

He serves as the Head of the Continuing Education Department at UTM, where he coordinates various training and professional development programs for academic and managerial staff. Among his notable achievements is his contribution to the MHELM project (Moldova Higher Education Leadership and Management), funded by the European Union, which aims to enhance managerial competencies in higher education in Moldova.<\/p>\n<\/div>
