The association is recognized both nationally and internationally, being a member of various organizations and consultative commissions. Sorin Mierlea also holds other significant roles: he is the President of the Consumer Associations Federation, Executive Vice President of the National Federation of Parents’ Associations, and President of the Consumers Committee CoNaCo at A.S.R.O. Additionally, he is a deputy member of the Board of Directors at the Romanian Standardization Association and a member of many other consultative groups and committees, including those in health insurance, financial supervision, food waste reduction, and EU ecological labeling. Mierlea is also a fervent supporter of consumer education, promoting responsible and informed consumption.
