Mihai is a graduate of the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2014. During his law studies, Mihai volunteered as an intern for several large companies in Romania, in order to familiarize himself with the business environment.

Since his internship, Mihai has been active in complex cases of tax evasion, money laundering and corruption crimes, focusing mainly on the activities carried out during the criminal prosecution stage. As a permanent lawyer, Mihai has successfully represented, including before the courts, banking institutions, multinational companies and well-known individuals from the business or political environment.

Mihai’s work is characterized by professionalism, determination, and adaptability in identifying the best solutions for the clients he assists. Mihai’s area of ​​expertise covers highly complex crimes, such as tax evasion, money laundering, corruption or bank fraud.
