With over seven years of experience as a researcher at the Soil Science Institute, conducting research in agronomic soil science, he transitioned to the agribusiness sector. Dr. Eftene has accumulated  expertise in seeds, precision irrigation, and specialty fertilizers. Currently, he leads the Research and Development department at Timac Agro Romania, where he concentrates on developing locally adapted solutions and enhancing farmers’ agronomical knowledge to improve crop performance and promote sustainable agricultural practices in Romania.
