Where she serves as a member of the Executive Board and the Head of the Department for Members’ Services and Vocational Education & Training. She has been with AHK Romania since April 2013, working initially as a business consultant in the Market Entry & Business Development department​​.

Ilinca Pandele holds a PhD in German economic history from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She completed her undergraduate studies in International Economic Relations at the same university and the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Additionally, she obtained a master’s degree in EU policies while working at the German Federal Printing Office​.

At AHK Romania, she is involved in advising German companies interested in entering the Romanian market and oversees the development of projects related to energy, environment, and sustainable development. Since the end of 2016, she has been coordinating econet Romania, the green-tech platform of AHK Romania, which facilitates collaboration among working groups on current issues like environmental and construction law​​.
