Their experience in data analysis and active listening, enhanced through initiative and critical thinking, was further developed during their tenure as a Public Relations Specialist at the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority from April 2013 to November 2014.
In June 2018, Fraga transitioned to the private sector, starting as a Manager Assistant at IBM Romania, where they gained skills in task management and leadership in sales operations until February 2020. This stage of their career highlighted their competencies in strategic planning, business analysis, and leadership.
Their involvement in cybersecurity became evident with their role as Advisor to the Secretary of State – Chief Information Officer within the Government of Romania, from February 2020 to January 2021, where they continued to develop skills in data analysis, strategic planning, and relationship management.
Their career took a significant turn in May 2021, when they became a Public Relations Specialist, rapidly progressing through various roles in cybersecurity and public relations. They served as a Senior Cyber Security Manager and then advanced to the National Cyber Security Directorate, where, since October 2023, they have been working as a cybersecurity risk management expert, contributing with their skills in data analysis, project and task management, national cybersecurity strategies, and strategic planning.
Furthermore, Fraga has held the position of President of Women4Cyber Romania since October 2023, highlighting their commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the cybersecurity field. Through leadership, critical thinking, relationship management, and effective presentations, Fraga has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead complex initiatives and develop innovative strategies in cybersecurity and public relations.
