Prior to this, Bogdan was a Business Architect at Dendrio (August 2021 – May 2024), where his primary focus was on adding value to existing clients and developing the business by generating projects that would enhance both current and potential clients’ operations. His strategic approach to business architecture helped drive growth and innovation within the company’s portfolio.

From November 2011 to August 2021, Bogdan held the position of Commercial Manager IT&C at Quartz Matrix, the largest IT company in the Moldova region. In this role, he managed the sales team in the Eastern part of Romania and was responsible for generating projects across the company’s three divisions. His tenure at Quartz Matrix was marked by significant growth in sales and project acquisitions, further establishing the company’s leading position in the region.

Bogdan also has experience as a Branch Director at Tobimar (January 2009 – October 2011) and Direct Auto Rom (February 2007 – January 2009), where he successfully managed branches and led expansion efforts. His responsibilities included opening new branches, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Earlier in his career, he was the Chief of the Electric Department at Arabesque (August 2005 – January 2007), where he developed the department by diversifying its product offerings and implementing the company’s sales policies. Before that, he worked as a Network Technical Specialist at Nortel Government Solutions in the U.S. (January 2001 – June 2005), where he was involved in implementing voice-data networks for corporate solutions.

Bogdan began his career as a Key Account Sales Manager at Open Systems (April 1995 – January 2000), overseeing the distribution of Mobilrom (now Orange) mobile phone services in the Moldova region and managing client counseling.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Technical University “Gh. Asachi” Iași, Romania, and has completed various certifications in IT, storage solutions, and business operations, including credentials from Dell EMC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Microsoft, and Polycom.

With a career spanning over two decades, Bogdan’s expertise lies in driving sales, expanding business operations, and developing strategic projects that align with the evolving needs of the technology and IT sectors in Romania.
