Her academic credentials include a Law degree from the University of Bucharest, and an International Business Management degree from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies Bucharest.

She is an entrepreneur, the Founder of the Incremental Community and the Co-founder and managing partner of Beyond Business School.
Since 2015, she has been actively involved in expanding the IT community through Incremental Community, focusing on sharing experiences and nurturing growth among professionals.

She has been instrumental in organizing 16 editions of Voxxed Days Romania, content-driven, software developers conferences. Her newest entrepreneurial venture, Beyond Business School, launched in 2023, aims to cultivate a new generation of Romanian business leaders through a fast-track EMBA program designed for ambitious entrepreneurs and managers. This initiative strives to create a powerful alumni network, emphasizing hard work and networking.
