The persons concerned may, at any time, ask the organizer or any Data Operator to exercise the following rights:
- The right of access – upon request, the data operators will provide you with information about your personal data that they process.
- The right to data rectification – you can always ask the data operators to correct or complete your inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- The right to restrict the use of data – you can ask data controllers to restrict the use of your personal data, except where the law provides otherwise.
- The right to delete data (the right to be forgotten) – upon request, and in cases where the law allows, data operators will delete from their systems your personal data that they process. However, certain data relating to the fulfillment of certain legal or
contractual obligations may only be deleted after a certain period of time.
- The right to withdraw your consent – you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, with effect in the future. However, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the
consent given before its withdrawal.
- The right to object to the processing of your personal data – you can, at any time, inform the data controllers about the opposition to the processing of your personal data, with effect in the future.
- The right to data portability – at your request, the data operators will be able to facilitate the portability of your personal data.
- The right not to be the subject of an automated individual decision – i.e. the right not to be the subject of a decision made solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects and concerns the data subject or similarly
affects him in -a significant measure.
- The right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data or the competent courts, to the extent that you consider that your rights have been violated.
