4. The right to delete data (the right to be forgotten) – upon request, and in cases where the law allows, data operators will delete from their systems your personal data that they process. However, certain data relating to the fulfillment of certain legal or contractual obligations may only be deleted after a certain period of time.

However, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent given before its withdrawal.

The right not to be the subject of an automated individual decision – i.e. the right not to be the subject of a decision made solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects and concerns the data subject or similarly affects him in -a significant measure.
9. The right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data or the competent courts, to the extent that you consider that your rights have been violated.

This web page is not intended for children, respectively, the event organizer and the Data Operators do NOT knowingly collect, through this web page, personal data relating to children. If we discover that a minor under the age of 16 has sent us personal data through this web page without the consent of their parents or guardians, we will delete that data immediately without undue delay.
