Before his role as mayor, Adrian held several key positions in both public administration and healthcare management. From 2005 to 2008, he was the Manager of the Psychiatric Hospital in Siret, where he led and coordinated hospital activities and personnel. Additionally, he has a solid background in accounting and financial management, having worked as an Expert Accountant and Chief of Budget and Accounting for the Siret City Hall and as a Financial Inspector at various financial authorities in Suceava County. Adrian’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management and Legislation in Industry, Administration, and Services from the Technical University of Iași and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University.
