Asiraf Pandele is a professional with over 20 years of IT industry experience and leadership experience,
having previously worked for other companies such as IBM, in various leadership roles covering sales
strategy and channel expansion strategy. He holds a degree from London Business School in the UK and
has completed several education programs such as IBM Top Gun and IBM Europe High Performer. He
started 6 years ago at SAS as Senior Sales in Romania and Moldova, where, together with the SAS team,
he achieved outstanding results. He is passionate about building sales strategy, routes to market,
ecosystem gearing, the end-to-end funnel from marketing to delivery and knowledge of mature
industries.
His vision: it s all about people and how you support them to drive growth and make them relevant to
the bigger picture. Then it is about smart tools, sales techniques and agility.
He is currently the Country Manager for Romania and Rep. Moldova at SAS, the global leader in AI and
analytics software, including industry-specific solutions.
