Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery time:
At the FACTORY 4.0 Conference, we want to provide you with a transparent and efficient experience regarding the delivery of tickets purchased for our conference. Estimated delivery time for tickets is usually within 2-3 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery method:
Tickets purchased for the FACTORY 4.0 Conference are delivered electronically via the email address you provided during the purchase process. This way, you will receive your ticket in electronic format, which allows you to have it at hand and easily access it on your devices.

The purchased ticket can be returned or exchanged only if the organizer of the event accepts and only in compliance with the conditions of point A below, unless the respective event is canceled (no longer takes place), in which case the return of the ticket and the refund of the amounts paid will be carried out according to letter B below. Refund requests received after the start date and time of the event will not be considered under any circumstances.

A. The return of the ticket can be made within the terms and in compliance with the conditions below, by sending a request to this effect to [email protected]:

• if the return request is made at least 14 days before the date of the event, the ticket buyer receives as a result of the cancellation of the ticket either 90% of the amount paid as the price of the ticket (without other taxes, tariffs, costs, expenses borne by the buyer on the occasion of its purchase, including, but not limited to courier rates, booking fees, if applicable, etc.) or a voucher for the entire amount paid as the price of the ticket (without other taxes, rates, costs , expenses borne by the buyer on the occasion of his purchase, including but not limited to the courier rate, reservation fee, if applicable, etc.). The voucher can be used to buy tickets/courses through the factory40.ro website.
• if the return request is made at least 7 days before the date of the event, the ticket buyer receives, as a result of the cancellation of the ticket, a voucher for 50% of the amount paid. The voucher can be used to buy tickets/courses through the factory40.ro website.
• if the return request is made less than 7 days before the date of the event, the ticket buyer receives, as a result of the cancellation of the ticket, a voucher for 25% of the amount paid as the price of the ticket (without other taxes, tariffs, costs, expenses borne by the buyer on the occasion of his purchase, including but not limited to courier rates, booking fees, if applicable, etc.). The voucher can be used to buy tickets/courses to other events via the factory40.ro website
  In all cases above, the price of brokerage services is not refundable.

Depending on when the request is made, the buyer will be in one of the situations mentioned in points 1-3 above, without being able to combine or cumulate them. In other words, if the request is made 14 days before the date of the event, point 2 above operates exclusively (without cumulatively acquiring the rights mentioned in point 3 above).

• In the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer, ticket buyers have the right to choose one of the options below:
• To keep the ticket for a later date when the event will take place. For this option, the buyer has no obligation to fulfill.
• To request a full refund of the ticket value via an email to [email protected].
• To receive a voucher with the full value of the paid ticket that they can use to buy another ticket or course on the factory40.ro/2024 website. For this option, ticket buyers must send a request by email to [email protected].

Under no circumstances can tickets be returned after the event has taken place.
